VERSION CONTROL |
Docsvault checkin and checkout feature ensures that no documents are being edited by users at the same time and prevents overwriting each other’s changes. As a document is modified and subsequently saved, new versions can be automatically created and saved. As each new version is created, it is logged into a Version History, allowing access and tracking of past versions and changes made. |

TASK MANAGER |
Docsvault’s Task Management features allow you to assign simple or document related tasks to other users and simultaneously keep track of task progress. Each task can have a due date, priority assignment, reminders, and the ability to automatically reoccur in the future. Tasks created can be routed to individual users or to entire groups. Once tasks are marked completed, old tasks can be automatically archived. |
