IT Software Support Engineer
Summary
The Software Support Engineer will be responsible for facilitating the support of software. Interacts with clients to understand their issues and provide a solution. Participates in troubleshooting, and analysis of the development of the software.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide support for existing applications
- Respond to customer queries over mail and phone
- Ability to work in a virtual team across geographies
- Act as a bridge between Customers and IT/Developers
- Participation in providing training to customers as required
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience, Any Graduate – Any Specialization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Technical expertise in Application Support
- Hands on experience with ASP.net, HTML, and SQL would be an advantage
- Firm grasp of how the web / mobile works, networking and software products
