Summary
The key responsibilities of UI/UX Designer will be to create consistent and optimized layout designs and html/css for our web, mobile and desktop applications. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with product management to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
•  Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex designs
•  Enforce consistency across our web and mobile application
•  Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows to effectively communicate design ideas
•  Generate HTML/CSS based on the wireframes
•  Help with improving the usability, design and content of our website
•  Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Any Graduate – Any Specialization
• 3+ years’ experience in UI/UX design and development
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong enterprise application portfolio
• Sound knowledge of user interface design and experience in implementation
• Ability to create/write pages using HTML/CSS
• Ability to contribute and work in a team setting
• Understanding of US standards like ADA
• Understanding of technologies like Angular would be a plus
